You want to eat a sundry diet, protein with each meal and large numbers of fruit and plants. Unwashed hair gets a build up of yeast and bacteria on the scalp which can trigger issues there like eczema. Folk with scalp issues or oily hair will most likely have to wash their hair daily or each other day. Take care with chemical processes and heat. Be careful " use straighteners tolerably. Get a good hairstylist who is informed about hair care. Use the right products, as this can help you get a ton more out of your hair.
