What would you do if it was hair today, gone tomorrow?

But as little as we may take them for granted, our locks are not infallible, and need a little TLC. But be warned " your hair may not appreciate your daily session with the straightening irons. Have you'd a bad experience with hair straighteners or treatments? But not all issues with our hair can be put down to a search for a glamorous look. Loosing your hair can turn out to be an incredibly unsettling experience. "I've had patients come in that won't go to the hairstylists, that won't even go out because their hair is thinning. It can truly take over their life, they are getting truly distraught" Tracey asserted. Trichology is a specialised form of dermatology working with the hair and scalp only. They are medically trained to the standard needed for their job but are no longer sometimes medically qualified. Tracey also put in 200 hours at a hospital in London before going thru a coaching process for another 2 years. This isn't necessarily the case, Tracey claimed.

Another common parable is that it's good to switch your shampoo continually as over time your hair gets used to it. She has started to see some cancer patients, as sadly, a side effect of chemotherapy can be hair loss. Patients approach Tracey to work out if she'll help them find a wig to cover this loss. Traditionally , wigs have a bad name for being plain but today's wigs are just about undetectable. "If you get the right colour and the right style for the patients, nobody would know it's a wig. "The just way you would know it's a wig is if the colour's incorrect or the style isn't right for the patient" she revealed.

Watch your diet, as this will play a giant part in the health of the hair. You want to eat a sundry diet, protein with each meal and large numbers of fruit and plants. Unwashed hair gets a build up of yeast and bacteria on the scalp which can trigger issues there like eczema. Folk with scalp issues or oily hair will most likely have to wash their hair daily or each other day. Take care with chemical processes and heat. Be careful " use straighteners tolerably. Get a good hairstylist who is informed about hair care. Use the right products, as this can help you get a ton more out of your hair.
