The pattern of health issues reported by 1114 girls surveyed in 2006 and 2007 is like several symptoms of the Gulf War in 1991. It is likely that some unknown environmental factor is the reason behind current health issues and of Gulf War Syndrome, announced Michigan College analyst Penny Pierce. But it's also probable that these symptoms result from the strain of army deployment, particularly lengthened and multiple deployments. An associate professor at the school Faculty of Nursing, Pierce is also a colonel in the air force reserve programme. The airwomen surveyed by telephone and thru mailed questionnaires were drawn from a stratified, random sample and employed at least once since March 2003 during Operation Iraqi Liberty . The average age of players was 36 years, and forty five % were wed. About 36 p.c had a dependent kid at the point they were sent abroad. Questioned if they experienced any of a list of symptoms steadfastly during the past year, 89 % of those surveyed reported afflicted by fatigue, 85 % from difficulty concentrating, 83 % from fever, and 83 % from hair loss. In addition, 35 p.c reported afflicted by muscle agony and rigidity, twenty-nine % from bad temper, twenty-six % from loss of energy and twenty-five p.c from headaches. These findings were presented Thu. in Boston at the Yankee Mental organisation yearly meeting. Thousands of New members with Photograph Profiles. Send Flowers, Cakes, Chocolate, Fruits to Pune. |
